A board-certified dermatologist based in Hernando Beach, Florida, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo has practiced as a Mohs surgeon at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in New Port Richey since 2012. In this position, he provides patients with a range of skin cancer surgery and reconstruction procedures. Dr. Stephen Romagnolo previously performed Mohs surgery at the Center for Dermatology and Skin Surgery, Inc., and the Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery Tampa office.
Moreover, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. In addition to his surgical work, he mentors dermatology students throughout their studies and early medical careers. He also engages in many volunteer medical activities, including skin cancer screenings and skin cancer awareness education initiatives.
Dr. Romagnolo earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire. He completed internal medicine and dermatology residency programs at MCP-Hahnemann University Hospitals, including serving as chief resident of dermatology. He subsequently serves as a Mohs Fellow at Benedetto Dermatology, PC, in Philadelphia and as a rotating clinical fellow with Johns Hopkins University Hospitals in Baltimore.
